The sheets have 2 entries per side and are designed for ease of use. You can circle the day of the week, write in the date, time of day, and circle A(M) or P(M). Then there’s space for who called and why. You can recycle the sheet when you’re done, pass it on to someone else, or punch a hole and collect them.



Printed with blue soy-based ink on natural 100% post-consumer recycled paper by our friends at 1984 Printing in Oakland. 50 double-sided sheets, 3 1/4” x 4 1/4”. Numbered edition of 120.
